The MST toolbox for MATLAB is aimed to visualize Minimum Spanning Trees (MST) for small sized datasets using 13 different distance metrics. The toolbox provides both node-based and a link-based strategies to semi-supervised classification as described in [to be added]. In addition, the toolbox allows the classification of a new object using MST-based measures and its graphical representation in a MST.

A pdf help file is provided together with the MATLAB files in order to help the user.
Conditions and warranty
In short, no guarantees, whatsoever, are given for the quality of this toolbox or for the consequences of its use. It is inevitable that there will be some bugs, but we have tried to test the algorithms thoroughly. The toolbox is freeware and may be used (but not modified) if proper reference is given to the authors. Preferably refer to the following paper: [to be added].

Once the form has been submitted, download the rar file containing the toolbox on a local folder, unzip the rar file and extract all the Matlab modules in a unique folder. Before starting calculations, please read the HELP file provided in pdf format. A complete guide on how to calculate models is provided.
